Because we think The Human Bean baristas are the bean on top! They inspire us daily with their creativity, hard work, positive outlook, and ability to put smiles on our customers’ faces. When we talk about being ‘Kind Human Beans’ they truly exemplify the meaning behind those words.

“Manny is a star! She is a full-time Nursing Student and a very hard worker. Her sense of humor, work ethic and Bean knowledge is above par. If Manny is scheduled to work, then I know I have nothing to worry about. She is a problem solver and always keeps a cool head. I know the day will come when she puts on her scrubs and moves on, but she will always be a part of our Bean family.”
ALLIE
“This is Allie, aka Allie Bean. She is totally rad! She joined The Human Bean over six years ago and has worked her way up from barista to manager. Allie brings fun and good vibes everywhere she goes and she has a special way of making everyone feel welcome, from customers to new baristas. Her dedication to always giving her best and supporting her team make her an incredible leader. She’s an expert at finding solutions and keeping things in perspective which make her unstoppable to any challenge. “Here is our amazing barista, Nicole! In May, she’ll have been with The Human Bean for two years. Every day, walking in with a positive attitude, Nicole brings a calmness to busy morning rushes. While making connections at the window, Nicole says, ‘It’s fun to go through life with our customers’. In true Human Bean fashion, it feels good to remember and be remembered. “This is our MVP Barista, Courtney. Courtney has the most contagious smile! With the best sense of humor, you will be guaranteed laughter in her presence. Courtney has been with The Human Bean since 2016. Starting as a part time barista, she was recognized right away for leading by example. Now she is a master trainer and manager. She goes out of her way to make each customer feel special. When not at The Bean, you can find her going on new adventures with her husband, playing the ukulele, or learning a new instrument. We don’t know what we’d do without her!”
