New Human Bean location to open in Loveland, Colorado!

We’re proud to announce that we will be opening our seventh stand-alone Northern Colorado location in Loveland. Construction started November 9, with an anticipated opening in June of 2016.

“We are excited to finally bring the Human Bean to Loveland. It was just a matter of finding the right location,” said Frank Sherman,Owner of the Human Bean. “The Human Bean is accustomed to servicing the college community, local businesses and those hustling through their morning commute. This one location will expose us to each of those diverse customers in Loveland.”

The new 500 square foot Human Bean will be positioned between Palomino Mexican Restaurant and Schrader’s Country Store, on the south side of Crossroads Boulevard (6180 Crossroads Boulevard to be exact). Due to its close proximity to Interstate 25, the building will be specifically designed to handle a long drive-thru lane, outdoor patio seating and additional parking for walk-ups.

This will be the first Human Bean stand-alone location to open since the Fort Collins midtown location at 1822 S. College Avenue in 2008. The South College location has become the highest producing Human Bean in the country. Earlier this year, the Human Bean introduced their first coffee truck, which resides at Colorado State University, but visits various locations on the weekends, holidays and over the college breaks. The Human Bean plans to increase their store count in Northern Colorado each year. The 2017 location is already planned to be in Windsor.

Since coming to Northern Colorado ten years ago, we have been heavily focused on giving back to the community. Our signature barista program has raised more than $200,000 for local charities. And most recently, our Coffee for a Cure program in October raised $40,000 for local cancer projects. We are looking forward to making the same strides for the Loveland community. In fact, in lieu of a ribbon cutting ceremony for our Loveland grand opening, 100 percent of sales on the first day will go back to the community.
