We feel great about the ethically-sourced, local products that we offer and we are so exhilarated to share them with you. The truck offers traditional Human Bean drinks that you know and love from our stands, but we can also create a custom menu to match the theme of your public or private event!

PRIVATE EVENTS

This catering option works well for weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, corporate events, graduations, wedding showers, baby showers, church functions, reunions, and more.

BASIC SERVICE:

• Unlimited drinks served to your guests for a specified period of time
• Rental service is inclusive of drinks up to 20oz – hot, iced or blended
• Ability to create a custom beverage or menu to accompany the theme of your event
• Cost is determined by how many hours of service you are seeking as well as based upon actual drink count
• Minimum service time of 2 hours
• Minimum charge is $400 for up to 75 people
• $100 for each additional 25 persons served (a count is recorded on site to ensure provider is only charged for drinks enjoyed – at provider’s request we can cap at any predetermined total)
• We are committed to staying up to 2 hours for every 100 guests … if your event includes a restrictive time limit needing us to serve more than 50 persons per hour, please notify us of the limitations and we will work to increase staff count to reduce time
• We will bring all the necessary supplies including cups, lids, napkins, utensils, creamer, sweeteners, syrups, and straws

OTHER CHARGES AND INFORMATION:

• Hourly rate increases for each additional hour of service
• Tax is additional and is charged at destination rate
• To travel more than 10 miles away from CSU’s campus, mileage is charged at $2 per mile
• Pastries, light snacks, and gluten free items are available for an additional charge
• An additional 30 minutes is required for set up and another 30 minutes for tear down
• 45 feet of parking space is required
• Minimal noise created by 20,000 watt generator
• Gratuity is not included in the cost of the rental

For both public and private event inquiries in northern Colorado, please fill out the form below. Contact us as early as possible before your event to ensure the truck’s availability. Booking requests for the coffee truck will be responded to within 3 business days. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: If this is the first time the Coffee Truck will be coming to your location, please note the lead-time needed below for city and county approvals:

• Fort Collins: 10 days
• Windsor: 3 weeks minimum
• All other cities and towns around northern Colorado require one week and, occasionally, if we are available we can make a shorter turnaround time on a booking happen – so don’t hesitate to reach out!
