Our newest Regional Roast comes from Peru. Benefiting from the rich soil in San Ignacio, Peru, this roast combines a traditional light roast taste with a dusting of exotic flavoring. This roast is produced organically, without the use of harmful pesticides. Our Farm Friendly Direct Program has helped us cultivate numerous relationships with co-ops and small scale farming operations like the one in San Ignacio, Peru.

 

Through our FFD Program, we have had the privilege of building a relationship with a small co-op in San Ignacio, Peru. The farmers are vigilant in their care for the coffee trees and land to avoid the use of chemicals while maintaining and improving quality. Furthermore, the Co-op has dedicated itself to empowering women in the region, and 20% of its current members are women.
