I went today for the first time to get coffee in the morning. There only two people working and cars were 5 deep on each side. While waiting to get to the window, I notice numerous cars get in line and then back out and leaving. Once I finally got to the window and ordered, I was never offered a receipt and the two took more time talking to each other than they did trying to get customers orders out. I understand this is a new location, but in order to keep customers you may want to add additional workers to keep the line moving. Otherwise, you will continue to lose customers who don’t want to be late for work.

Oh and you may want to offer sleeves for coffee due to the cup being hot, j/s!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We work hard to make sure every customer has the very best experience. When we fall short we want to know. We are continuing to work hard at this new location to make each customer’s day.

We do have coffee sleeves that should be handed out. We will reach out to the management of this location to follow up.

      We appreciate your time,
