Warrenton, Oregon location new owner, Alisa Trotter, took over operations on September 1st. The Warrenton location was previously owned by Adam and Kristi Israel since 2007.
Kristi Israel had this to say of their departure in a recent Facebook post. “Adam and I just want to take a moment to thank all of our loyal customers over the last eleven years. I am happy to announce that Alissa Trotter will be taking over ownership of the Warrenton Human Bean as of September 1st. Please stop in and say hi, she is eager and excited to start this new adventure.”
Alissa Trotter comes to The Human Bean with previous coffee business experience. She was employed by The Human Bean from 2010 through 2016. She originally started as a barista. She then worked her way up to a position in the corporate office where she handled marketing tasks such as social media, sponsorship events and even helped to open a new location. Through all of this she says, “My heart kept pulling me back to the stands.” She feels that, “it’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make someone’s day brighter in a small way such as a genuine smile, a delicious drink or a ‘Good Morning’.” Trotter continues, “The support I’ve received so far from corporate has been incredible. I am proud to be a part of this amazing brand that takes care of each other like family. Giving back to the community I serve is important to me. I look forward to making a positive impact in Clatsop County. They have already given me such a warm welcome too.”
The Human Bean Franchise
The Human Bean’s commitment to developing the best drive-thru espresso led us to franchising The Human Bean’s brand and system in 2002. The Human Bean has now expanded to 79 locations in ten states. They expects to continue this growth through approved franchisees. They plan to open several more locations in the near future.
In September, the Warrenton location will be showing their appreciation to teachers and faculty with $2 drinks on Thankful Thursdays. And on 9/11, they will be giving free 16 oz. drinks to all first responders. In additional to regular donation and appreciation days they will continue sponsorship opportunities such as the Seaside Basketball Tournament that has previously been supported by the Israel’s over the years.
“From barista to marketer, to now being a franchisee – this journey has been more than I could have ever dreamed possible and I am beyond grateful for this opportunity,” say Trotter. “Please swing by to say hello – I’ll be working alongside the team of friendly baristas at the Warrenton location and can’t wait to meet you all.”
The Warrenton location is at 1526 SE Discovery Lane in Warrenton, OR 97146. Their hours will be 4:45am – 8pm daily. You can find them on Facebook at @HumanBeanofWarrenton and on Instagram at @humanbeanwarrenton.
