How To Redeem your reward
First, get the new app!
When the new app launches on November 29th, you can update to the new app.
Next, activate your account!
Once you've updated your app to the new one, you will need to activate your existing account.
Use your email that is connected to your existing account and reset your password through the app.
Now, claim your reward!
Go to the home screen of the new app. Select "more" and then select "promo code". Use the promo code that is located on the back of your reward card you received on our inactive days.
